What's a Culinary Health Coach?
As a culinary health coach, Solana offers support, tools and education to individuals, families and businesses who are looking to create healthier eating and lifestyle habits to support wellness goals (with cookies still on the menu!) Working with Solana brings to light the strategies that need to be implemented in order to bridge the gap that will help you reach your goals. She will open her heart to your needs and hold your hand as you take a step towards wellness that starts in the heart of your home: the kitchen. This will include an assessment of your day-to-day eating and cooking habits, a review of the ingredients and products that work best for your unique lifestyle and a customized trove of go-to recipes and cooking strategies that are tailored to your needs. Solana will also review your most-used kitchen items, identify those which no longer support your wellness goals and offer recommendations for health-supportive replacements—all with compassion and understanding of your particular requirements and lifestyle. Solana's deep-dive into personal wellness also includes guidance for other health supportive activities that serve as a complement to culinary health.
